We will now be honoring our loyalty stamps cards! You will get one stamp per item purchased and after 10 stamps, you will be able to redeem the loyalty card for a FREE milk, white, or dark chocolate minibox. Bring your stamp card to curbside pickup and when you text the store, please include if you have an old loyalty stamp card or if you would like to start a new one!

*If you do not receive stamps for your purchase at the time of pickup, please let one of our employees know or text the store phone to make sure you receive your stamps. Stamps will not be given for purchases that have already been picked up.

We are NOW accepting custom orders for Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday curbside pickup. CUSTOM ORDERS will ONLY be accepted through DM on our IG page (@dippedby_dee)

ALL OTHER ORDERS must be placed ONLINE. There will be NO WALK INS or PHONE ORDERS.

Every morning, at 8 AM, we will post to our website what we have available for CURBSIDE PICKUP on that SAME DAY.

Our menu and prices are subject to change, so the best way to know exactly what will be available is to check our site THAT MORNING.

If you DO NOT receive a confirmation email or text message saying your order has been PROCESSED AND RECEIVED, your order DID NOT go through. Please make sure you FULLY submit your payment or reorder your products after refreshing the site.

PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE ENTERING YOUR PAYMENT. ANY LAST MINUTE CHANGES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED

On pickup day, please do NOT call or text until you have pulled into one of our coned off stalls. Once you have parked, please TEXT the store with the FULL NAME on the order, as well as the make, model, and color of the car you are in. Our staff will be out shortly to hand off your order.

PLEASE be patient with us!
If you order sliced apples, it will take 5-10 minutes PER apple depending on how many apples are being sliced at the time of pick up.
If you order Fresas Con Crema, each cup is made fresh once you arrive, so please give us at least 5-10 minutes PER cup depending on how many fresas are being made at the time of pickup.

We ask that you PLEASE wear a mask for the safety of everyone.

PLEASE VERIFY YOUR ORDER PRIOR TO PULLING AWAY SO THAT ANY DISCREPANCIES CAN BE HANDLED RIGHT AWAY. We will NOT be responsible for ANY CLAIMS after you leave the store.

If you do NOT pickup your order, we will NOT remake your items. NO refunds will be given once your product has been made.

We hope you understand that at this time we will have firm policies and procedures plus a limited menu in order to best serve you. COVID-19 has hit us hard, but we truly appreciate your continued support while we work thru the current limitations.
